After-sales exchange system
When the express delivery arrives, regardless of whether the packaging is damaged or not, the box must be opened for inspection (to check the quantity or whether the product is intact). Otherwise, it will not be dealt with afterwards. In case of damage caused by transportation, please ask the involved transportation company to issue a certificate with the official seal and provide it to us. We will assist the customer with after-sales service.
2. If there are any quality issues with the products, we will handle the exchange within one month from the specified time after signing for the goods. Please note that if you exchange the goods within 3 days of receiving them, we will cover the round-trip shipping costs. If the goods are exchanged within 15 days, each party shall bear half of the freight. The buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange after 15 days! By purchasing the product, you agree to these terms. In case of any objection, all matters will be handled in accordance with these terms.
3. If the returned goods are not due to product quality issues or have affected the second sale, please ensure the integrity of the product packaging and the completeness of the accessories after signing for them. Do not affect the second sale. If the returned products have incomplete packaging, incomplete accessories or related materials; unauthorized repair or modification; not used or stored in the normal way; beyond the product warranty period; If there is any fraud or deception, we will not be responsible for the exchange. We will take photos as required and report them to the Alibaba Complaint Center to file a complaint until the end. Dear customer, don't waste the double round-trip postage for nothing.
4. If the customer contacts the customer service within the specified time and agrees to exchange the goods, please send them back to our company by regular express delivery. The customer should pay the freight in advance. After receiving the goods, the company will subsidize the freight according to the express delivery list. (The shipping cost for individual exchange shall be borne by the customer. It is recommended to make up for the exchange in the next order.) If the exchange is not agreed upon through communication or the delivery is on delivery, no signature will be given under any circumstances. Please note the ID number, order number and product issues on a blank sheet of paper. Otherwise, we will not be responsible for any delay in processing time.
