Delivery range and inaccessible areas
1.1 Normal coverage: Over 200 countries (regions) where the platform's official warehouse/first-leg trunk line has been opened.
1.2 Unreachable: Some postal codes in South America (such as those starting with 9 in Argentina), remote islands in Africa (such as STP), and areas subject to war or sanctions.
For unfulfilled orders, the system will refund and close the order within 24 hours. The platform will not bear any additional compensation. -
The demarcation of logistics methods and responsibilities
2.1 The final leg will be completed by local postal services or commercial express delivery. -
Time limit commitment and stepped compensation
3.1 Standard Route: North America 7-12 days, Western Europe 8-12 days, Eastern Europe 10-15 days, South America 15-25 days.
3.2 Delayed Compensation: For each natural day of delay, a compensation of 0.5% of the value of the goods will be given, with the upper limit being three times the "actual freight". Except for customs inspection, strikes and epidemic lockdowns。 -
Freight and Payment
4.1 Billing weight: Take the larger value of "actual weight vs. volumetric weight (length × width × height /6000)". The currency unit is the Renminbi, and the exchange rate is locked at the spot selling rate of the Bank of China on the payment date.
4.2 Payment Method: Set by the seller or the platform itself. -
Customs clearance and taxes
5.1 The platform is responsible for paying the destination customs duty/value-added tax (DDP line) on behalf of the customer. The tax rate shall be subject to the receipt from the customs system. If the difference between the subsequent tax bill and the advance collection exceeds 5%, the platform will make up for the collection or refund it for the second time.
5.2 The buyer shall bear the taxes and fees for the seller's self-delivery routes. When a return occurs, the return fee, warehouse rent and re-customs clearance fee shall all be borne by the seller。 -
Insurance and Claims
6.1 Platform Logistics: By default, "All Risks Insurance + Delay Insurance" is insured, with a coverage of 110% of the order amount and a premium of 0.8% of the goods value, which is borne by the seller.
6.2 Claim Documents: ① Proof of damage from the consignee ② On-site photos ③ Screenshots of platform system abnormalities ④ Logistics signature receipt; Please submit within 7 days of self-signature for receipt, and the platform will complete the compensation within 15 days。 -
Prohibited or restricted shipping and return processing
7.1 Embargo: Pure electric, liquid >100ml, powder, medical masks (in some countries), etc. If the seller conceals the information, the platform will confiscate the goods and impose a penalty of 1,000 yuan per shipment.
7.2 Return of Items: In case of return due to "incorrect address/recipient's refusal to accept/unpaid customs duties", the platform will keep the items free of charge for 7 days. Beyond this period, a warehouse rent of 10 yuan per item per day will be charged. The secondary delivery fee shall be borne by the seller. -
Temperature control/timeliness requirements for special commodities
8.1 Cosmetics and health products require a constant temperature of 15-25℃. The platform provides a "constant temperature dedicated line" with full IoT recording. If the temperature is abnormal by more than 2℃, free shipping will be triggered and priority claims will be made。
8.2 For high-value (>800 USD) mobile phones and laptops, the "platform high-value dedicated line" must be used, with full GPS and electronic locks. In case of loss, double compensation will be made based on the "value of the goods + shipping fee". -
Force majeure and system anomalies
9.1 Force Majeure: Limited to "natural disasters, wars, and government border closures". Any party that lasts for more than 15 days may terminate the contract in writing. The actual freight charges incurred will be settled based on the actual situation.
9.2 System Failure: If an order cannot be dispatched due to a technical glitter on the platform, the shipping fee for the day's order will be waived and an additional $5 coupon will be compensated to the buyer。 -
Data and Privacy
10.1 Platforms and logistics providers can only use their addresses and phone numbers for "customs clearance + delivery" and are not allowed to use them for secondary marketing. A penalty of 500,000 yuan will be imposed for each leakage.
10.2 Sellers can view the node data of "collection - export - arrival - customs clearance - delivery" in real time, and the API is updated every 30 minutes. -
Dispute resolution
11.1 Priority will be given to submitting to the platform dispute mediation center, and a solution will be provided within 5 working days.
11.2 Applicable Law: The laws of the People's Republic of China; If the destination mandates the application of local consumer protection laws, in case of a conflict between the two, the principle of "more favorable to the consumer" shall prevail.
