■ Regarding Shipment
Under normal circumstances, for products purchased and paid for before 18:00, small packages can be sent by express delivery on the same day, and large items will be transported by logistics the next day. However, due to various factors, we cannot guarantee that all orders will be dispatched on time. We will try our best to ship the goods within 48 hours of payment.
2) Due to the large shipment volume of some companies, it is not ruled out that there will be out-of-stock situations such as product shortages or stockouts after the order is placed. We will strictly ship according to your order. If there is any shortage, we will contact you by phone to discuss the solution.
■ Regarding After-sales Service
After the goods are dispatched, we can do our best to help you track the transportation status of the goods to ensure that you receive them as soon as possible. However, we choose express delivery and logistics for shipping and cannot control the exact delivery time. Please understand! If you have any problems, please contact us in time for handling.
2) The profit margin of wholesale business is meager. If you are not satisfied with the product or encounter a series of problems such as damage caused by logistics, we will not accept refunds or discounts! Three percent is within the normal range of transportation losses. Please understand. The shipping cost for returns and exchanges shall be borne by the customer! We are a powerful manufacturer and will strictly do a good job in preparing goods and sealing boxes.
3) When our company ships goods, they go through three inspection procedures: picking, checking and packaging, to fully control the situation of underdelivery or missed shipment. Each order will be accompanied by a detailed list. When receiving the goods, be sure to count the items in the presence of the Courier! If there is any shortage, please contact us immediately! Under no circumstances should you come to us after signing for the delivery and say what you haven't received. Any problems after signing for the delivery shall be borne by the recipient themselves! (The security guard signs on behalf of the recipient. If it is not signed for by the recipient themselves, it is still considered as signed for.)
■ Regarding the return and exchange of goods
For products purchased in our store, if there are quality issues, returns and exchanges can be processed within seven days. Please be sure to contact the after-sales customer service first so that we can handle the return procedures for you as soon as possible. Otherwise, returns and exchanges will not be accepted! (Physical photos of the goods are required for returns or exchanges.
2) Before receiving the goods, please check the packaging first. If it is damaged, please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. In case of damage, please inform us of the name and quantity of the damaged product on the same day in a timely manner, and take photos on the spot and send them back to our after-sales customer service for handling. So as to claim compensation from the express delivery.

1) We will not be held responsible for any losses caused by returning the product or applying for a refund without contacting customer service.
2) For items that do not comply with the return and exchange rules and are sent or dispatched, we will reject them all and will not bear any responsibility.
3) When returning the product, if the buyer's text information is not attached, resulting in the inability to locate the buyer and confirming that we have lost contact with you, we will not be held responsible for any of this.
4) If the product fails to arrive due to the buyer providing the wrong address or other reasons, we will assist you in searching for it. If it is indeed lost, we will not bear any responsibility.
5) As some products are fragile, please be sure to carefully package them when returning or exchanging to ensure their safe return. Our company shall not be held responsible for any damage to the products during the return process.

1) After the buyer receives the goods, please confirm the receipt as soon as possible, unless there are special circumstances.
2) After receiving the goods, if you are not satisfied with the products or services, please do not rush to evaluate them. Report them to the company in a timely manner. So that we can handle it properly as soon as possible.
