Our store does not offer free shipping for wholesale goods. Please be informed.
All the prices of the goods in our store are tax-exclusive. If you need an invoice, please contact our customer service to change the price.
All dropshipping items are shipped at the dropshipping price with free shipping. For remote areas such as Inner Mongolia, Qinghai, Ningxia and Gansu, an additional shipping fee of 2 yuan is required. We do not ship to Xinjiang and Xizang.
After-sales issues
The building block toys cannot be returned or exchanged after unpacking. One free replacement is provided. For multiple replacements, a shipping fee of 3 yuan is required.
For goods with quality issues, return and refund directly.
For non-quality issues, if there is no reason within seven days and the goods are not desired during transportation, the shipping fee issued will be deducted.
Refunds received after 6 a.m. every day will have the shipping fee deducted as the express delivery has already been dispatched
If there are no objections to after-sales issues, it will be assumed that the above plan will be implemented by default.









I. Regarding ordering
1. Some of our store's products support drop shipping. If drop shipping is not possible, you need to place an order based on the starting quantity
2. Due to the large number of products, the inventory of some products cannot be updated in time. Please contact customer service.
Ii. Regarding Shipment
1. The default shipping Courier services are generally Shentong, ZTO, Yousu, Anneng, and Yimidida.
2. If you need to use logistics, you can contact the customer service to specify a logistics company for shipment. Generally, freight is paid on delivery.
Iii. Regarding receiving the goods
For bulk orders, during the transportation of goods, there may be product damage or squeezing of the color boxes. If this is caused by the logistics company designated by the customer, we will not be held responsible. If it is caused by the express delivery we sent the goods, you can contact customer service for a solution.
2. When receiving the goods, please count them in front of the logistics staff. If you find that the outer box is severely deformed or damaged, the sealing tape is broken or missing, the sealing tape is incomplete, or there are obvious signs of opening and unsealing, please open and count them on the spot for verification. If any error is found, you must negotiate with the logistics company on the spot for a solution and compensation. We will cooperate actively. Otherwise, upon signature for receipt, it will be regarded as acceptance of the goods without objection.
3. After signing for the goods, in accordance with the latest regulations of Alibaba, the risk has been transferred to the buyer. Our company will no longer be responsible for compensation. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Iv. Regarding after-sales service
All returned or exchanged goods must have intact packaging and accessories, and no obvious damage marks are allowed. Otherwise, they will not be returned or exchanged. All returned or exchanged goods should be sent back as soon as possible. If the product is taken off the shelves and sales are stopped, it will not be returned or exchanged.
2. Apart from product quality issues, no returns or exchanges will be accepted for other personal reasons (such as finding the price too high, disliking it, or it does not match expectations, etc.).
