1. Logistics and express delivery selection

Our company has cooperative relations with many express delivery companies. By default, it is Shentong Express. If you need Best Express, please leave a note on the order. Logistics service is available for orders over 500 yuan!

2. Delivery time

Express delivery: Orders placed before 2 p.m. on the same day will be dispatched. Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be dispatched the next day. For urgent orders, please contact customer service for priority arrangement.

Logistics: Orders placed before 12:00 noon on the same day can be dispatched. Orders placed in the afternoon will be dispatched the next day.

3. Out of stock

After receiving the product, the customer should immediately check whether it is consistent with that on the order. If there is any inconsistency, please contact our customer service on the same day. If it exceeds three days, the company will handle it at its discretion depending on the situation.

4. Returns and exchanges.

Within one week of receiving the goods, customers can return or exchange them for free, but they are responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. For customers who have been in business for more than one week, a 10% depreciation fee will be deducted without affecting their second sale. A 30% depreciation fee will be deducted for more than one month.
