The company clearly identified "Belt and Road" regional cooperation as the priority for international expansion, focusing on infrastructure construction, digital cross-border trade, and financial service cooperation.

Domestically, Zhifei Outbound will adopt a dual-driven model of "city cooperation" and "vertical category channel cooperation". At the city level, it aims to build urban cross-border supply chain systems by establishing subsidiaries with local governments. At the industrial level, it will dive deep into "Medical, Food, Housing, and Transportation," as well as high-tech consumer goods, using data to enhance the value of industrial belts.

In the international market, the platform has established deep ties with Osijek Airport in Croatia and institutions in Bahrain. It plans to export China's mature digital trade platform development experience to countries like Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan, achieving efficient international trade corridors through bottom-level system docking, centralized procurement, and bidirectional agency.
